The Minnesota Hosta Display Garden at Smith Coffee & Cafe in Eden Prairie is growing up. In 2016-2017 edging was added to the gardens which set off the maturing hosta. The Display garden is nearing 450 hosta since 2013.
Thank you to Julie and Gary, and the volunteers who weed, water, and plant the hosta. Thank you to all who have donated hosta to this lovely garden. Please visit, and see the many varieties of hosta on display for your enjoyment.
